HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. Each person, by becoming a member of Orange County Horse Show Association, Inc. (OCHSA, Inc.) promises to indemnify and hold OCHSA, Inc. and it’s Board of Directors harmless for his or her and his or her heirs, assigns, children and minor dependents or wards, from any and all obligation, liability, claim, or any injury or damage sustained or incurred by said person or by his or her horse as a direct or indirect result of any participation in or present at any horse show, meeting, event, or any other activity of any kind or nature whatsoever in which OCHSA, Inc. may or might be involved or associated. Damages to include any and all expenses incurred as a result of any legal action. (All blanks on this Membership Application must be completed. Incomplete applications will be returned. All Memberships are subject to approval by Board of Directors. Qualifications will begin when OCHSA, Inc. Board of Directors accept a completed application with full payment. Parent or Guardian of applying junior rider or must sign application by applying Adult/Professional.
